Paid Social Media Specialist (Meta + LinkedIn Ads)

The Mission

Drive qualified leads. Fill calendars. Bring in real patients for ABA and healthcare clients. You’ll run paid social campaigns that actually work — and scale them profitably.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run Meta (and sometimes LinkedIn) ad campaigns that get results
  • Do deep audience research — geo, psychographic, behavioral, income-based
  • Optimize daily for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Test creatives, funnels, placements, and hooks
  • Systematize wins across accounts
  • Report clearly — what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next

You’ll Have Help

You’ll be backed by a creative team, AI tools, and a performance analyst. But this role is hands-on-keyboard. You’re driving. Researching. Testing. Scaling.

If you don’t eat, sleep, and breathe performance marketing — don’t apply. This is put up or shut up.

You Need To Be:

  • Proven in Meta ads (4+ years of experience) — with profit to show for it
  • Data-first. Obsessive about ROAS and lead quality
  • Strategic with targeting — not just surface-level interest groups
  • Fast, sharp, accountable
  • Comfortable building and optimizing campaigns from scratch
  • Familiar with healthcare or local service businesses (a plus)
  • Bonus: Know your way around LinkedIn Ads, GHL, or basic funnel builds
