The Role
We are looking for a Go High Level & Zapier Specialist to help envision, execute, and optimize automation and workflow solutions for our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating seamless systems that automate, streamline, and repair client workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
If you thrive in an independent, self-starter role, have meticulous attention to detail, and are an expert at Go High Level (GHL) and Zapier—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
✅ Design and implement automations and workflows in Zapier and Go High Level to optimize lead management, nurture sequences, and overall marketing/sales processes.
✅ Troubleshoot broken automations, repair errors, and ensure all workflows are functioning flawlessly.
✅ Build high-converting landing pages in Go High Level, optimized for conversions in the ABA therapy space.
✅ Optimize CRM setups within Go High Level, ensuring all contacts, pipelines, and triggers are structured efficiently.
✅ Develop custom integrations between different apps and platforms using Zapier, webhooks, and APIs.
✅ Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors, mismatches, or inefficiencies in workflows.
✅ Proactively audit and improve automation systems, looking for new opportunities to increase efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and translate them into automation solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
🚀 Expert-level proficiency in Zapier – ability to create multi-step Zaps, troubleshoot errors, and integrate webhooks/API.
🚀 Advanced knowledge of Go High Level – experience setting up pipelines, triggers, automation workflows, and CRM customizations.
🚀 Experience designing and optimizing landing pages in Go High Level.
🚀 Extreme attention to detail – zero tolerance for workflow errors or misfiring automations.
🚀 Ability to work independently with minimal direction – self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
🚀 Problem-solving mindset – can analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
🚀 Experience with healthcare or ABA therapy businesses (preferred but not required).
