You'll walk into Lakewood and the surrounding NJ/NY market and build relationships nobody handed you. Work every list we give you harder than anyone else would. Then go find more names yourself.

Solid base. We pay commission monthly on every client you bring in. Hit our pace and you're earning a solid income in year one.

What We Need From You

• Hustle over resume. We've hired 2+ year veterans and total rookies — the trait that predicts success is whether you'll make one more call after the tenth "no."
• Personability, consistency, daily reliability. Not one great week — fifty of them.
• Comfortable working provided lists and building your own from scratch.
• Based in or able to work the NY/NJ area in person — this is not a remote seat.
